I decided to start a 10 days diet at Saturday. My friend advised me this recipe as very effective method without starvation. Speak true I can't be on a “hungry†diet, because when it ends I always start to eat too much. Why I decided to be on a diet? Because it's summer, during the hot season it's always much more easy to be on a diet than during the winter. Because I'm training now, and there are a lot of vegetables. And the most important factor is our clothes, we all wearing summer t-shorts, summer dresses and swimsuits now, so we can see our body as it is. When you see your body it's stimulate to shape up it more than it's hided under the thick sweater and jeans. So the recipe is:
1 day - 6 medium boiled potatoes.
2 day - 0.5 kg cottage cheese
3 day - 0.5 kg boiled meet
4 day - 6 boiled eggs
5 day - 0.5 kg boiled fish
6 day - 1.5 liters kefir or non sweet yogurt
7 day - 0.5 kg cheese
8 day - 0.5 kg boiled meet
9 day - 1 kg fruits or vegetables (except bananas)
10 day - 1.5 liters boiled Dog Rose hips (1 medium cup of berries)
Meal for one day share into 4-5 parts and eat during the day.
You can drink water or mineral water without bubbles as much as you need.
During this diet you should drink just water without sugar and eat meal without any spices except salt, but no butter, oil or any sauces.
Weight loss is 22 lbs. So will see what I'll get. My height is 5'8 ft, and weight is 198 lbs now. In internet I found that my ideal weight is 164. So it's 34 lbs minus, but I think that 20 lbs will be enough for me. I don't want to be too skinny. I start this diet tomorrow and will tell you about the results. Bye!
