It's not a diet actually, it's some kind of ten-day treatment-and-cleansing food as just general organism cleansing finally leads to getting rid of the cellulite.
The author of the method is Nicol Ronsar, the book “How to fight celluliteâ€.
You should totally exclude salt, sugar, alcohol and caffeine from your ration. You should drink not less than 1.5 l. of water per day.
So first day (and all the odd days as well) you can eat fresh fruit and vegetables only.
Breakfast ' fruit
Lunch ' vegetable salad with little olive oil, no salt and other spices. You can add some almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, sesame.
Dinner ' same like lunch or you may start with fruit, then it goes salad. Exclude all milk products. You are recommended to put any germs for example soy germs, haricot germs, sprouting wheat seeds and etc.
Second day ' just fruit (except bananas)
Forth day and all the even days except the second one you are allowed to eat steamed vegetables and some cereals (rice, buckwheat, porridge). You may but you'd better not add some fat-free yoghurt.
These days you should start with fresh products and then go to the boiled ones.
As for fruit particularly you may eat pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, mandarins, mango, kiwi, grapes, apples, pears. Mango, pineapple, kiwi and papaya are strongly recommended.
