Following this diet you can lose up to 11 lbs (5 kilos) for a week.
Be careful if you cannot eat milk products you shouldn't keep this diet. This diet is called white cause it's based on milk and sour milk products.
You should pay attention to the fat percentage when you buy milk products for the diet, no more than 4% fat per 100 gram!
One more rule: You avoid eating sour fruit. You are allowed just apples, pears, bananas, peaches, and handful of prunes or raisins.
Before each meal you are preferably to have a glass of still mineral water.
Breakfast: 1 yogurt
1 fruit
Tea with honey (up to 20 gram) or coffee with milk.
Lunch:
Porridge (you may eat any cereals except semolina and wheat) on water or milk fat-free. ' 100g.
Curds fat-free 125g.
A glass of milk fat-free
Dinner:
One boiled egg
Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes) with yogurt fat-free or curds with fruit 100 g.
A glass of sour milk.
Supper:
1 fruit
1 yogurt sugar-free ' 125 g.
You can keep the diet for 3 ' 7 days long.
