101 Dalmatians nail design ' black spots on white.
1) Use nail polish remover to prepare the nails, it will degrease them and allow polish to be much longer on your nails. This rule is for natural and for artificial nails as well.
2) Polish the nails white (if it's necessary polish them twice for better and even color).
3) Paint different size black spots. Some big and some small.
4) Let nails dry for 2-3 minutes.
5) Finish with top coat.
