dinner at 4 pm ' a glass of milk or tea with tea spoon honey
supper at 7 pm ' 2 boiled eggs or cheese 50 gr., or a piece of meat

5 and 6 days
breakfast ' 2 oranges or 2 apples
lunch at 1 pm ' a plate of vegetable soup without potato with one table
spoon oil, salad or stew with oil, a slice of bread
dinner at 4 pm - fruit
supper at 7 pm ' salad or stew with oil, a glass of tea with a tea spoon
of honey
Then you should repeat all this starting with 3 day. Keep the diet during 2 ' 3 weeks and take polyvitamins for all this period.

I also heard about another English diet. Before each meal you have to drink one glass of cold water. It helps to fill in stomach and some calories will burn to make the water warm in organism.
