lunch at 1 pm ' a cup of meat or fish broth, a piece of boiled meat or fish
200 gr., with 2 table spoons green peas, a slice of bread

dinner at 4 pm ' a glass of milk or tea with tea spoon honey

supper at 7 pm ' 2 boiled eggs or cheese 50 gr., or a piece of meat
fat-free

5 and 6 days

breakfast ' 2 oranges or 2 apples

lunch at 1 pm ' a plate of vegetable soup without potato with one table
spoon oil, salad or stew with oil, a slice of bread

dinner at 4 pm - fruit

supper at 7 pm ' salad or stew with oil, a glass of tea with a tea spoon
of honey

Then you should repeat all this starting with 3 day. Keep the diet during 2 ' 3 weeks and take polyvitamins for all this period.
