This diet is based on a principle not to mix proteins and carbohydrates for example meat, fish and eggs shouldn't be mixed with rice, pasta, bread and potato.

Breakfast ' boiled egg, bacon and yoghurt fat-free.
Lunch ' grilled chicken, stewed vegetables.
Dinner - potatoes boiled in their jackets, salad.

The diet is to be kept for 15 days; you are allowed to eat apples between meals.
