Let's talk about saunas. It is winter time and for some countries saunas are quiet important. What can be better when its cold weather than coming back home and going to the hot sauna.
Sauna is good for your face as well, this procedure is widely used in cosmetolgy. Steam helps to clean your skin even better than any other remedies, you can do this procedure not more than ones in week.
And you should also remember that this procedure is not for you if you have fever, inclination to hypertension or there is a reticle of dilated vessels on your face.
For your home sauna you need:
2 tablespoon of camomile and mint (or change it for sage and milfoil)
4-5 litres of boiled water
Pour boiling water over herbs in any big ware and boilit for 10-15 minutes.
Then you need a blanket or big towel, stand above ware cover youself with blanket/towel and keep your face above the steam for 15-20 minutes (be careful it is quiet hot).
Then wash with warm water and next with cool. Further you can aply scrub or mask on your face.
