This 1 week diet implies that you should exclude form you ration all products except buckwheat porridge. You can eat this porridge as much as you want during the day. The way of cooking is very simple: pour fiercely boiling water into 2 caps of buckwheat and leave for a night. Add some vegetable oil to the porridge if you wish.

You can eat this porridge with non-fat yogurt or drink sour milk without sugar but not less than 1 liter a day. Unsweetened tea, green better, and water are allowed as much as you want. It’s even recommended to drink not less than 2 litters of liquid per a day. Your last meal should be not less than 4 hours before going to bed.

This diet is quite rigid but very effective. You can loose up to 12 pounds.

Very important! After one week of diet you must have a break at least for a month. Also it would make very good to take multivitamins during the diet. Vitamins help to increase metabolism that promotes fat burning.
