Apply some styling gel-spray on wet hair. Comb your hair and part your crown hair in the middle. Make two separate French braids on both sides starting from the forehead down to the back of the head. When the braids meet on the back of the head, fasten them with elastic and gather the rest of loose hair with two hairpins so that to hide the elastic.
It would be better to do this hairstyle with wavy hair to increase the volume of a naughty ponytail.
This hairdo will be perfect both for an everyday occasion because hair doesn't fall on eyes and a party because it's quite stylish. Besides, it will take you minimum efforts and time.

Anyway, you need somebody to help you in making neat French braids. It's difficult to plait your hair on your own.
I don't really think it saves time cause I'm really bad in making French braids)) but for those, who can do that, it can work I think.
I like this hairdo idea very much! It is really good for everyday and special occasion as well! I'll try to remember how to make french braids, I did them when I was a little girl :) But now such hairdos in fashion again and it is really nice!
