The recipe is good for those who care for their health and their time. It doesn't require any expensive products, you'll need just some mincemeat, an onion, rice and broccoli. The way to do it:
Cube the onion and mix it with the mincemeat, salt it, add some pepper and spices you prefer with meat, mix it all thoroughly with your hands to make entire mass. Then make a kind of small balls and put them into boiling water. Next cut the broccoli or just separate the heads and put them into the boiling bouillon, let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Salt the bouillon and put some curry and dhania (or any spices you like).
Wash the rice, pour some vegetable oil in it and mix it in the pan, then put the rice on the fire and cover with water, slow the fire down when the water starts boiling, close the pan and leave it for 5-7 minutes. Try the rice but don't stir it, if it's raw, add some more water and wait a little.
When everything is ready, pour the bouillon in the bowl, add some rice, put ground dill and parsley.
Your soup is ready, bon appetite!
