Cheese cake with raisins and walnuts is good for health and very delicious at the same time. It's good for breakfast with a cup of coffee or for nightcap with milk.To make one cake you'll need half kilo curds, raisins and walnuts as much as you like, two tablespoons flour, four tablespoons sugar, one egg and a little vanilla on the knife tip. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and mix thoroughly with both hands until it gets smooth. Prepare a form, oil it and put the mass in with your hands. When the entire mass is inside the form, press it with hands a little to make it smoother. Put into the stove and bake on medium fire until it gets light yellow color.
