I like to prepare holiday dinners for my family, but only sometimes)))). I'm in favour of healthy and gourmet food at the same time and always try to cook something like that. Do you like fish as I do? Then this cooking recipe is definitely for you! As you know seafood is very healthy. It contains phosphorus that is necessary for our brains, helps us stay young longer and so forth.

In short, my cooking recipe includes:
1 kg filleted fish (I prefer sole, it's tender and very delicious to my mind);
2 eggs;
200 gr flour;
200 gr dried and finely ground breadcrumbs;
Vegetables such as onion, sweet pepper (green, red, and yellow), carrot, tomato, garlic;
1 or 2 glasses of white wine.

So, shall we start to cook gourmet food? Ok. Well, cut fillets into medium-sized pieces. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Avoid too much salt. Remember: better too little than too much. Evenly rub all this on pieces and leave for a little. Meanwhile, whip the eggs, salt and pepper a bit. Fill two plates, one with some flour, the other with some breadcrumbs. Roll one piece after another firstly in flour, dip into eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs. Make a pan hot, pour some vegetable oil in it and fry pieces until fish becomes crusted and ready. Serve with slightly stewed vegetables and decorate your dish with finely cut dill. By the way, you can vary vegetables at your discretion. How about the dry white wine? It's a perfect match for fish. Enjoy your meal!
