People are travelers by their nature. And legs suffer from this habit most of all. But people also are inventor as well, so they created lots of ways to help their legs. There are tons of methods, remedies and exercises. Here we are glad to offer you some advice for tired legs.
First one: when you come home and feel… or to be honest don’t feel you legs; make a bath for them. Take water about 86 F (30 C) add some salt and sage extract put your legs into water and sit for 15-20 minutes.
Second one: This exercise will take you about 10 minutes every evening, and will help you to strengthen your feet muscles, so they won’t get tired so fast:
- Take the bottle (wine-bottle that left hidden in kitchen after the last party is really good for this) roll it with middle part of foot for 30 seconds.
- Do the same but with external part of foot for 30 seconds;
and the same with internal part of foot for 30 seconds.
- Walk on tip-toes for 60 seconds. Roll the bottle with external part of foot for 30 seconds; and the same with internal part of foot for 30 seconds.
- Walk around keeping you feet as a ballet dancer (like this \/) for 60 seconds; and than like anti-ballet dancer (like this /\) for 60 seconds.
- Do the same but walking on the heels for 30 seconds for each.
- Then stand on whole foot and drop curtseys for 60 seconds.
- Do the same standing on external and then internal parts of foot for 30 seconds for each.
- Walk on the heels for 30 seconds.
And jump on tip-toes for 60 seconds.
So you get 10 minutes exercise. Do it every day and tiredness will go away.
Third one: walking or jogging every evening is very good idea. This makes your legs stronger and they will get tired less.
