My diet way

I have always dreamed on perfect body or just to be slim at least. And till my thirties I have collected a number of secrets that help keeping my body well shaped.

First of all we need to choose the right diet. Telling about the diet I mean the nutrition at all; it is very important for women. We can rush like a chicken with it's head cut off but still be fat. And this is all because of the food.

I have tried million of diets, I didn't eat after 18:00, and I ate rice only or didn't eat any cereal at all. That gave good but short-term results. And surely when I met my friends who didn't adore diets I ate as much as they did, I love my friends and I am not going to stop our relationships only because of the diet.

So one day I met my friend she looked wonderful; I was impressed and surprised, I saw her not so much time ago and remember that she was quiet chubby gal. I asked how she managed to loose her extra pounds so quickly, and she said that it was not a secret; she found not so new but very effective diet.

It is extremely easy - a person who wishes to follow this diet won't have to eat some awful products or torment yourself trying not to eat at all. Just cut down number of food that contains lots of carb.
Do not eat bread, sweets, dessert and farinaceous foods, cereals, potatoes, legumes and fruits. At the same time you can eat meat, cheese, mayonnaise, fried and spicy food as much as you wish. So nobody will have the possibility to learn about your diet.
This diet helped me to loose 10 kilos during 3 months, it is not as promising as in TV advertisement, but I think it is more real.
I also have some secrets on how to keep to a diet. Cause I remember my feelings during first days; all these thoughts about food make us crazy. It is well known that:

Every girl fit body needs,
But also keen on yummy sweets

That is why every time when I felt that I want to eat something that is not allowed first of all I asked myself honestly, whether I really need this or not, and when I felt that it is so necessary for me now I ate but just a bit.

But I think the most difficult for me was to cook for all my family, it was impossible to cook two different dinners so I have created a new cuisine for all of us. I found out how to cook food without products that are not allowed.

So I think this diet helped not only me but my family too, we become slim, healthy and I think more joy and sporty.
