Health-improving foam bath

As soon as I am keen on China and everything related, so this recipe I cannot pass over. Cause ingredients are quiet popular in China.
Here is ginger and coneflower I think some of the best remedies for health.
This foam bath will help if you got cold and feel being taken ill. Despite the fact that it is summer now I think it is still topical question, especially if you use condition at home or in your car.
Ginger is good immunomodulator and coneflower as well. Orange contains a lot of vitamin C which is known to be the most helpful in such situations.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon tincture of purple coneflower
2 ginger bear
1 big orange
1 teaspoon honey

Water should be about 103-106 F (39-41C), add 1½ teaspoon tincture of purple coneflower, grate ginger and add 1½ of ginger and orange segments there too.
Then prepare black tea add rest of tincture of purple coneflower, ginger and honey in it. Take the bath and drink this health-giving tea.

Take the bath for 8-15 minutes.
