Stripes on nails for easy and stylish nail art design. This nail art is good for the long nails, suits for day and night nail wear. This is an easy nail art design even for beginners. In this lesson we use freehand drawing technique and acrylic paints for drawing stripes. The main idea is tree classic colors: silver background, back and white stripes, which are always in fashion.

You need
*1 varnish:
1 – silver for background,

*2 color acrylic paint:
1 – black for lines,
2 – white for lines,

*Thin brush
*Top coat

Do this nail design by one complete step for all fingers, for example polish all nails with background, than draw black lines on all nails, after white stripes also for all nails. Such method will economize your time, your images will be similar and the same style, your acrylic paints will not dry before your finish.

Some words about using acrylic paints: squeeze some paint on the palette (you can use a peace of some plastic), than add a bit of water. You can dilute acrylic paints with water, but a bit, it will help to draw in convenient way, and prevents them from fast drying. As soon as your acrylic paints have dried, it is impossible to thin them again. Clean your brash in the cup of water every time after using the new color.

1) Use nail polish remover to prepare the nails, it will degrease them and allow polish to be much longer on your nails. This rule is for natural and for artificial nails as well.

2) Apply silver varnish as a background.

3) Draw black lines to create stripes in vertical and then cross in horizontal directions, as shown on the pictures. Draw using black acrylic paint and thin brush. Clean your brush in the cup of water.

4) Now outline your stripes using white acrylic paint and thin brush. Clean your brush in the cup of water.

5) Let nails dry for 2-3 minutes.

6) Cover with top coat.
