It is amazing how many people make a decision to substitute sex for chocolate bar from day to day. No, no this is not because of the Discovery channel where they saw a program about chocolate profit and heard that it is even better than sex! One day we surprisingly find that we are just unable to make yourself taking off clothes when our girlfriends or boyfriends see us. And this Shakespeare's question: "How, how could I become a caterpillar" Are you shy or angry? Choosing a diet? Good of you!
But, diet it is just a top of the iceberg. It is more difficult to follow your diet and healthy way of living. In this case it would be better to follow some rules. Firs of all make clear for yourself that Rembrandt's beauties are surely well known and their plumpness even was the best friend, but let's be honest, all their following are infirm. Obesity is real disease and this is not that thing you need.
Now, think it over: there is huge number of overweighed people in whole world. Being the part of big machine could be attractive offer, but surely you have your own way and don't have an intention to move to a place you don't want to be to. The only destination of this BIG FAT MACHINE is a garbage dump for useless things.
So make up your mind and keep your distance from fat. The best way to realize this is to create your own diet (this is very important not to perceive the diet as something awful, we are not going to kill you, diet is you own way in nutrition country - choose healthy but not hard). Select products you like and make up balanced without any gluts diet. Never be ashamed of having to eat your food - this is your chance to live your way. Make people to respect your views.
Look for like-minded people. But be aware of sad gals and guys who bring vomit on any time they eat. They are not for you! Look for people joyful and keen on life but not diets. Surf the net for them. It is also the best way to find some new friends.
Start cooking for yourself. This is the best way to cook straight that course you wanted to eat (you definitely know what is in), and you gain dinner time as well. So you have less time for this.
Try to give up drinking alcohol. So often it deadens sense of proportion and we find it very difficult to stop eating. Ooops, just one glass of wine and stop counting number of those delicious cakes you are eating.
Tell yourself everyday that this way of living is your own choice. Nobody can force you to go this way. Your will is the most strong thing and you can reach every summit. Set yourself as an object keeping to the diet at least one day (today!). There is a meaning that if you follow something during 22 days further you will do this automatically.
One of the most important thing - you will surely have breakdowns. You should remember about this and just try to pass it over and not to get caught in an endless loop.
