lunch – 1 fried marrow or stewed vegetables made with oil, 2 apples.
dinner – 2 hard boiled eggs, boiled beef 200 gr., fresh cabbage salad with oil.

4 day: breakfast – black coffee.
lunch – 1 raw egg, three big boiled carrots, a slice of hard cheese or 2 table-spoons curds.
dinner – fruit.

5 day: breakfast – 2 grated raw carrots with lemon juice.
lunch – big fried or boiled fish 500 gr., a glass of tomato juice.
dinner – fruit.

6 day: breakfast – black coffee.
lunch – boiled chicken 500 gr., fresh cabbage or carrot salad with oil.
dinner – 2 hard boiled eggs, a glass of grated raw carrots with oil.

7 day: breakfast – tea.
lunch – boiled beef 200 gr., some fruit.
dinner: a big fried or boiled fish 500 gr., a glass of tomato juice, fruit.

8 day: repeat the diet order starting from 1 to 5 day.
