You need:
* Brown and white pencils (You can use white pencil or lipstick to outline the tongues of flame)
* Yellow, red and vinous eye-shadows
* Small thin brush for eyeliner, brushes or applicators for shadows, a big brush for powder
* Red or orange lipstick (use red color lipstick, but tinge that is good for you skin and hair color)
* Concealer, foundation, powder
1) First of all before any make-up you need to prepare your face and apply right foundation.
A - Use a face milk to remove a previous make-up.
B - Now use a tonic to clean your face skin, remove the rest of the cosmetic and face milk. Tonic will tone up you skin and make it more elastic.
C - Apply a day cream to moisturize your skin, also cream saves the skin and prevents from pigments in cosmetic.
D – Apply concealer around eyes and foundation on the face. The foundation will help your makeup last longer and stay fresher. The tone of your foundation must be the same color with your face or a tone lighter.
E – Apply a powder to smooth your skin and make it more transparent.
2) Apply yellow eye-shadows in the internal corners of the lids. Use brush or applicator.
3) Apply red eye-shadows for the external corners of the lids. See the pictures.
4) Now add tongues of flame using red and yellow eye-shadows, continue drawing them from the external corners of the lids to the temples and up to the forehead. Add some red color under the eyes about one third from the external side to the center.
5) Now draw tongues of flame on the neck also using red and yellow colors.
6) To make your eyes more expressive we add an eye line to the upper lids. First use brown pencil, then take a thin brush and smooth the lines.
7) Now add more color to your eye line. Take a thin brush, water and vinous eye shadows. Dip your brush into the water, then take some vinous shadow color and draw eyeliner over the brown line. Using such method you can create any color eye liner using your shadows.
8) Add some vinous eye shadows to the external corners of the lids to make your look more deep and magnetic.
9) For lips we used coral lipstick, but you can use that red tinge of your lipstick that is good for your skin tone and hair color.
10) Outline the tongues of flame with red lipstick using thin brash. You can do it with red lipstick or red pencil for the lips. Draw white lines on our flame to make the borders more distinctive. You can use white pencil or white lipstick and thin brush.
11) We add some rose-lilac tinge on the lips to make the compound color.
12) Apply red-yellow blush on the cheek-bones. Use red and yellow eye shadows. Also add some red-yellow tinges on your forehead, nose and chin to smooth out your face color and remove contrast between your bright makeup and skin.
13) Apply mascara.
Do not forget to remove your make up with a facial milk and tonic after the Halloween party. Applying and removing make-up right will save your skin healthy and prevent from aging.
