7 day: breakfast – tea without sugar
lunch – a big slice of boiled meat, one fruit
dinner – boiled fish with vegetables

Repeat the diet from 7 to 13 day in reverse 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. You lose almost all extra weight for the first week, and just 100 – 150 g. for the second one but you’ll fix the result.

That diet not for me. Here is black coffee, and it's not so useful for stomach. And if you will drink it too much the color of your teeth can change.
