Combined Diet, lose 28 lbs (13 kilos) for 15 days.

This diet is based on a principle not to mix proteins and carbohydrates for example meat, fish and eggs shouldn’t be mixed with rice, pasta, bread and potato.

Breakfast – boiled egg, bacon and yoghurt fat-free.
Lunch – grilled chicken, stewed vegetables.
Dinner - potatoes boiled in their jackets, salad.

The diet is to be kept for 15 days; you are allowed to eat apples between meals.

Is it possible to lose all the 28lbs in the 15 days? Also if I skipped the egg, had quorn bacon insted and didn't eat the potato skin would it make any difference in the weight I lost? Either losing less weight or more weight.

I cant eat bacon for religous reasons and what if i dont eat some of those things such as patatoes' jackets and sometimes grilled chicken, will that be okay, if u got an answer reply at dark_rose_maham@hotmail.com
