The main principle is to eat vegetables, whole cereals and drink lots of water. You are forbidden to eat meat, milk products and drink alcohol. However this diet is not good for those with bowels disease. You can keep it not longer than 15 days.
Breakfast – juice made of carrots, apple and celery, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Lunch – fresh fruit, vegetables and warm water with lemon.
Dinner – salad with nuts and seeds without seasoning.
You can have some fresh carrots between meals.


Cleaning diet, lose 22 lbs (10 kilos) for 15 days.
