It’s time to relax

Only a rested person looks energetic and fresh. Long, monotonous work without break can cause overfatigue, breach of normal physiological processes. The overfatigue symptoms are muscles pain, general weakness, no wish to do your work, often bad health condition, irritability, depression or apathy, fast fatiguability and unhealthy look, bad sleep and etc. Overfatigue promotes exacerbation of chronical processes. Tiredness is often a result of monotonous work and bad labor organization. You can avoid it if you plan your working day and your activity. Great meaning has clothes, light, body position while you are working, and noise level.

Overfatigue appears just in case of breaking the right rhythm of work and rest. Active rest increases an organism steadiness to tiredness. The best kind of rest is sport, long walks in the forest, being outside, and tourism.

Short breaks are very important during your working day. Change of activities promotes relaxation. After physical work it’s useful to read a little. Mental tiredness is easy to get rid of if you play tennis for example.

The most effective rest is complete physical and mental relaxation. You should relax for 20-30 minutes every day to recover your energy. You’d advisably have a shower before rest and after intensive work 10 minutes bath 35-37° C.

Choice of a place for rest is very important. It can be somewhere outside the city and it’s better when no one troubles you.

You should learn to relax. Lay down, stretch yourself and relax, stop thinking about anything. Short sleep will do you good.

Sleep has greatly influences your appearance. This is one of the best cosmetic preparations. Everyone is in different need of sleep. The following advice will help you strengthen your sleep:

1. Leave all unpleasant thoughts and impressions aside. Of course it’s not always easy but you can get used to do it.

2. Decrease all physical and mental activities.

3. Go to bed always at the same time.

4. Walk outside before going to bed.

5. Don’t forget to air your room. It’s very useful to sleep in the fresh air.

6. Have your last meal 2-3 hours before going to bed. Let it be very light, milk and vegetables products preferably.

7. Do morning exercises every day.

8. Have 10 minutes feet bath with warm water before going to bed. Use relaxing bath salt.

9. Have a glass of warm milk with two tea spoons honey before going to bed. Smell of geranium also helps fall asleep.
