The exercises to remove double chin

The exercises are supposed for everyday use. You should repeat them no less than 20-25 days to get the result. To keep and strengthen the result you should repeat the exercises 2-3 times a week but you’d better not give it up if you want to keep your beauty and youth for long.

1. Sit down and bend a little bit forward, cover your upper lip with the lower one and pull the lower lip up with all your might. Count slowly up to 20, then relax. Recover your place. Do this exercise 3 times every day. Never mind if it’s difficult for you to do 3 sets you may increase the number of exercises step by step.

2. Your start-up position is the same. Throw your head back, cover your upper lip with the lower one, Count slowly up to 20. After throw your head back deeper. Recover your place. Repeat three times.

3. Keep your mouth closed, touch your palate with the tongue tip, then move the tongue tip to the frontal teeth. Simultaneously prop up your chin with your left hand. Repeat the exercises changing your hands three times, counting slowly up to 10. Relax after every exercise.

4. This exercise helps remove pouches from the both sides of your chin. It strengthens neck muscles and improves face oval.
Throw your head back a little bit. Pull your lower lip up and turn your head left and right as far as possible, counting up to 20. Watch your left pouch being pulled up to the maximum. It can be not seen but you must feel your muscles strain. Do not forget to relax and recover your place. This exercise is to be done 3 times for every side.

5.Exercise with resistance. Press sides of your neck with hands backsides. Hold your hands strongly and slowly strain your muscles counting to 20. Relax.

6. The exercise for lower part of your chin. Throw your head back a little bit. Cover your neck with your hand, four fingers from the right and a thumb from the left. Relax your lips. Strain your chin and the upper part of the neck, say “muuuusic, amuuuusing” and count slowly to 20. Relax. Repeat the exercise 3 times.

Finishing the exercises don’t forget to tap on your face with your fingers tips from the chin to the temples, tap on your neck as well.

In the end make a cold shower for your face or just wipe it with a piece of ice. If you prefer shower move the water along the massage lines. Dry your face and apply some nourishing cream. It’s useful after the exercises and the shower. As a result your skin condition and your face color will be much better.
