My question is – how to fight depression.
It’s summer the time of the rest and happiness. There is a sun outside, people wear summer light clothes, plan where to go for the holiday. But something wrong, I’m not happy…. Every little problem can affect so much, that I’m falling to depression. I try do not pay attention to the little problems and several days everything is ok, but suddenly all problems join together and make me cry.
I want to ask about easy and simple methods to cheer up the mood. Does anybody use something like this?

Try to choose clothes of your favorite colors, listen to the favorite non melancholic music, look through the photos where you are happy. Try to change some of your habits, don't sit at home, you mast walk!

I prefer to watch good motivational films in such moments, strong heroes get in big troubles but always find the best solving of theirs problems. And there must be love, adventure and good humor.

For me to have a good romantic night is a good way to fight depression, of course if your bad mood is not because of the second half.

buy new clothes, when I'm boring I like shopping

I would offer to find any new hobby, for example start learning foreign language, it usually takes a lot of time and you won't even have time for depression now
