I found this method for my weight control. Speak true; I couldn’t manage with it just at one dash. The main principle is going without food 42 hours every week. It’s better to start from Friday evening and finish on Sunday afternoon. During these 42 hours you mustn’t drink and eat at all. How it works – the organism starts to melt down a fat without food and water, like a grill. In other words your body is forced to use internal resources.
When you finish this hunger, drink a glass of warm water little by little to prevent spasms in the stomach. In 30 minutes eat 150g grated carrot. In 1 hour after eat some fruit.
Eat for lunch light soup and porridge in the evening.
Do it no more than once a week and you can loose 4 lbs every time.
Well it seems quite difficult at first, but you need to endure just first 24 hours the last 24 are easiest.
As for me, I couldn’t do it first 2 times, just for the third time. I doubted about the result and really effectiveness of such suffering. But I can’t cut down my three meals a day, count calories or something else. I always loosing control in such situations or even forget about my desire to be on diet. So I tried this method in the end. My weight was 180lbs, for 2 moths I’ve lost 32lbs. Is for me I’m satisfied with result, it’s not that easy but worth to try.
