Paint nail in a light blue and set aside to dry.

Add a blob of dark blue and the edge of the nail and a blob of white above it. Get a cocktail stick and combing the blue and white by making tiny swirls.

Add the dolphin in a silver and set to dry, add white for the detailing under the belly and on top of fin and add the black dot for the eye.

Finish with top clear coat
