Pretty body till the beach season

So your vacation is just around the corner. And your extra pounds are also still with you. It is the time to decide whether you will miss them or not? To be honest I think you won’t. What shall we do with them?

Usually when gals have lack of time and great intention to lose weight they start trying diets brokenly. And we face with the great problem of diets; if we choose fast and quiet hard diet – it gives fast results and just as fast we gain weight back; as for long lasting diet usually we start losing weight too late and they are not able to help us. That is why when you choose the diet think it over, put aside thoughts about the beach season and decide whether you need to lose flesh right now or you plan to be thin further also.

According to dietitians rigorous diets should not be permanent event in our life. They are useless and even dangerous for us. It is much better to eat less and to go in for sports. Losing weight diets can not be harmless – tell doctors; they have too much side effects. Sooner or later it will bring lots of problems to you.

We usually take a great interest in diets when we are young, when we have robust health that helps us to go round lots of troubles, later when we get older we suddenly get illnesses which are just “hello” from our youth stupidity.

Choosing a diet please do not forget about:

Adaptation - if you use the same diet for a long time your organism get used to it and stops losing weight

Tolerance - different people need different diets, if one appropriate diet helped you friend this is not a fact that it will help you

Health hazard - thoughtless and excessive way of dieting can harm your health, due to the lack of necessary vitamins and trace elements

But the most known problem of chaotic losing weight diets is an absence of order in feed system. People starve hardly, often lose their temper and start eating too much. As a rule after the dieting period 90% of people gain their weight back and sometimes even more then they lost.

If you still wish to lose some weight to the beach season, try to keep up with some rules:
• Visit a dietitian and get a consultation about the type of diet you need. Dietitian will help you to choose effective one
• Learn about your chronic diseases. Because some of diets can be contra-indicated for you.
• Better to choose a diet with number of your best products
• Keep to a diet as long as it is told in instructions, not more
• Ending the diet try not to start eating eagerly

Yes diets may be harmful, I mean yo-yo effect after the fast weight loss. Once a gain more than lost, just relaxed and forgot that after finishing diet I couldn't eat much again.
