People who lead busy life usually say that they don’t have time to visit gum or swimming-pool; and this unhealthy junk food is also really needed, it just helps to save time.
I am not going to teach you how you should take care of your body; I’ve got some exercises and want to share it with you.
This is easy – you need to copy ballet dancer’s exercises at the ballet barre. All you need is just about 10 minutes and chair or wall.
So:
• Stand near by the chair or wall hold on to it with left hand and the right hand stretch forward. Make swings sideways with your right leg about 10 times.
• Then right hand stretch sideways and Make swings forward with your right leg about 10 times.
• Repeat the same for left leg and back to the work!
This will help you to look aside from the daily routine and won’t take much of your time. Just relax!
