As you know yoga is extremely popular now. Lots of people start practicing yoga having some exact wishes. Some wish to get supple body, some wish to get out of stress or even lose weight. But it is also known that most of the beginners give up during first 3-6 months.

So my aim is to acquaint you with the main idea of yoga, hope this will help you to choose where to go…

Yoga is not just kind of fitness this is a philosophy which had been formed for ages.

If you start this way you must be disciplined.

Any part of yoga you can use in daily life whether it is breath or relaxation technique – use it every day to be healthy. It is known that usually people who take care of their mind feel better and get ill less.

Practicing yoga you will find calm and satisfaction in yourself and this will help to get out of problems of our difficult and stressful life.

It is quiet difficult to find out how yoga helps your mind but there are some facts on how yoga helps your body and health.

But you should also remember that you should start practicing yoga only with experienced instructor. Who will guide you in this uneasy world, aim at yoga and be your first yoga-friend. Your first instructor should help you not only in exercises but in understanding yoga at all.
