Flat abdomen
Can you suggest some exercises that help to make abdomen flat? I am not fat but still have some problematic zones. And I am dreaming about the flat abdomen.

A thin waste is the result of a proper dieting coupled with a strong core. So do not forget about your back, if it is strong it will help to tighten your belly. Do your exercises both for abdomen and your back. For the fast and long lasting results you should do them every day increasing the number of repetitions. I do the following exercise: lie on the flour on the mat, arms behind the head and lift up the legs up to the head. It’s quite difficult for the first time but very effective. I do 3 sets of 20 times, starting from 5 repetitions. Also you can hold on something for the first times.

I use one exerises with the hoop it helps me and it is quiet easy. you need just make these exercises every day twice a day for 15-20 minutes.

Walk. The average american walks 1.4 miles in a week. Could that be a reason for problematic areas???
