Antistress foam bath

Our life is full of stress. And I think you should feel safe at least at home. But how to escape the daily rash? Bath is known to be one of the best remedy. So I offer you antistress foam bath recipe.

Ingredients:
1.5 liters milk
3 tablespoon chamomile flowers
1.5 glass of sea salt
0.25 glass of household soda (soften the water)

Warm the milk and put chamomile in, then boil it and pour in the bath; add soda and sea salt. Water should be quiet hot but not more than 107-108 F (41-42 C).
