Want to share with my diet, you will lose 11-17 lb for a week!
So, here it goes:

1 day: baked potato 400g. without any salt, kefir 0,5 l. if you are not able to bake the potato, just boil it.

2 day: curds fat-free 400g. and kefir 0,5 l.

3 day: fruit 400 g. (no bananas and grapes). You can take kiwi for breakfast and grapefruit for lunch.

4 day: boiled chick ' white meat and kefir 0,5 l.

5 day: same like the third one, all of fruit.

6 day: still mineral water or just some boiled water 1,5 l.

7 day: same like the third one, all of fruit.
