You fear something, you're not satisfied with your life or you think you're capable for much more but you can't get started for some reason. You just lack for self belief. To be self-confident enough you must change your life style a little, particularly start doing and thinking in a new way. Here are some things that can help you to get more self-confidence:
- specify all the requirements you place on yourself and turn them into your wishes;
- hold your back always straight;
- forgive your mistakes;
- name five deeds you would make if you thought of yourself better than you do now, start doing that from any of the deeds;
- spend more time with people who inspire you and believe in you;
- avoid those people who don't believe in you;
- when you're doing the things you like or having the meal you like remind yourself that you deserve it;
- read good books and discuss them with your friends;
- if you're going to start something new in your life, make a plan and gain support of your friends;
- gladden yourself with good deeds;
- gladden yourself with a warm bath and massage because when you're happy with such simple things and relaxed you can better understand yourself;
- communicate with the people who are eager to change for the better!
I can't say that all mentioned above is all what you need to feel happy and self-confident however I've got a paper with all these items hanging on the wall in my room and when I feel tired of everything, lost and empty, I come and read them and they bring me my self belief back again.
